The Peddler offers comprehensive interior design services for any project from start to finish. Whether working with contractors and architects on spacial planning or freshening your favorite spaces with colors and fabrics, our designers take pride in turning your dreams into realities. We offer on-site consultations as well as in-store appointments. Come visit the store and select from thousands of fabrics, wallcoverings, trims, and furniture pieces.
Our designers are experienced with creating interiors using the latest finishes and materials on the market, from tile and granite, to paint, faux finishes, and creative lighting. We work closely with builders to fine-tune all aspects of construction, both interior and exterior, insuring flow and function to meet your specific needs and get visually-stimulating results.
Additional services include custom window treatment and bedding design.
We think design should be fun, not frustrating, and want you to enjoy this process free of the stress that makes so many projects a chore. We aim to accomplish this through knowledge, selection, and above all, listening to the client’s desires.

Jerome Farris -
Jerome began his career in 1989 working on numerous homes and projects while receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Before graduating in 1994, he received many awards for his work in local “Show Houses” and Parade of Homes” showcases, including Best Design, Best of Show and Best of Interiors. He continues his award-winning work at the Peddler and has been featured on national television and in Better Homes and Gardens publications for his extensive knowledge of history, architecture and design. -
Jerome has traveled throughout the U.S. and Europe and brings a unique and artistic perspective to each project he encounters. He specializes as a design consultant in residential projects working on homes in any phase, from beginning construction to the finished interior decoration. -

Miller Caudle -
Miller has worked the last eight years on design projects for the Peddler in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. During this time, Miller has designed interiors for clients throughout Middle Tennessee as well as homes in Georgia and Florida. Specializing in accessorizing and window treatment design, Miller consults on projects ranging from new construction to remodeling of existing spaces. He works with clients in all areas of interior finish selection, concentrating in tile design and color schemes. -
Having previously worked for six years with an art gallery representing many Middle Tennessee artists, he has a working knowledge of effective art design and enjoys creating focal points from unexpected works.
