Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs are calculated when the order is packed based on the weight of your order, size of the package, and delivery destination. If your order requires a shipping fee above the standard shipping fee of $15, you will be contacted before we process your order. 

Standard 5-7 day shipping is $15 and packages are sent via UPS.

Fine Jewelry (14k gold, 18k gold, platinum, etc) shipping is $25 and includes signature requirement.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please email hello@peddlerinteriors.com if you have an international shipping request. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at receiving@peddlerinteriors.com within 5 days of receiving your tracking information, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the carrier, but we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
