In his quest to create the perfect Irish whiskey glass, Simon’s signature Ascutney Collection has grown into a range of unique handblown barware.

The same proportion, weight, and hand-opened rim that define every Ascutney piece are adapted here for height. The kind of glass you reach for every day, whether it’s for water, juice, or something stronger. Enough volume for a proper gin and tonic or a well-built highball, and enough presence to hold its own on a bar cart. Subtle variations in the handblown glass catch light differently, giving each one a quiet life of its own. It even makes sparkling water feel like a cocktail.
